Neverland Casino Terms of Use

This page describes the rules that apply when you use Neverland. It explains the relationship between our service and people who create accounts or play in the app. We set out what we expect from users, how we manage accounts and promotions, and how we handle disputes and updates. By using Neverland you agree to these terms and to any changes we publish in the app.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. Use a unique password and do not share login credentials. We allow one primary account per person; creating multiple accounts to exploit offers or game mechanics is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact in-app support immediately. We may require additional verification to resolve account recovery, purchases, or suspected abuse.

Account verification and suspension

We reserve the right to request identity or age verification documents when reasonably necessary. Pending verification, we may limit account activity or suspend access. Accounts found to be in breach of these terms may be restricted, have virtual balances forfeited, or be closed. Requests for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion are handled through in-app support.

Eligibility requirements

Access to Neverland is limited to users who meet minimum eligibility criteria. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. We do not permit registration from jurisdictions where our social-casino offering is blocked by local rules. By registering you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Acceptable platform use

Use Neverland for personal entertainment and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include fraud, cheating, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, harassing other users, and attempting to monetize virtual balances outside the app. We may take technical or account action to prevent misuse, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotional rewards on Neverland are issued as in-app virtual currency and items. These credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for CA$ or other real currency. Promotions may have specific eligibility, game, or play requirements; such conditions will be stated in the promotion details. Abusive behaviour to claim offers may result in forfeiture of bonuses.

Deposits and withdrawals

Neverland does not support withdrawals of virtual winnings. Optional in-app purchases are processed through platform billing systems such as the Apple App Store and Google Play and are subject to their terms. Any purchase or refund enquiries should be raised with in-app support; platform providers may have their own refund processes. We recommend using device-level purchase controls if you wish to limit spending.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, contact our in-app support first so we can try to resolve the issue. We investigate claims related to account security, purchases, and alleged breaches. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, parties may seek other remedies available under applicable law. For Canadian users, local consumer or gaming help resources are available and may assist with further guidance.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app and, where appropriate, communicated through in-app notices. Continued use of Neverland after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept updated terms you should stop using the service and request account closure through support.
