General Terms and Conditions
This page describes the rules that govern use of Neverland and the relationship between our platform and users in Canada. It sets out account responsibilities, eligibility, permitted use, promotion terms, payment handling and how we resolve disputes. By using the service you agree to follow these terms and any applicable in-app rules or notices we publish.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activity that occurs under their account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require identity or age verification at any time to protect accounts and meet compliance or fraud-prevention checks.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your contact details up to date. We reserve the right to limit, suspend or close accounts that are inactive, compromised, used to abuse offers, or where the account holder breaches these terms.
Eligibility requirements
Access to Neverland is limited to individuals who meet local legal age requirements and who are located in jurisdictions where our social casino is permitted. Only one primary account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or game features is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of virtual balances and account restrictions.
Acceptable platform use
Use the platform only for lawful, entertainment purposes. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, use of bots or unauthorised third-party software, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, and any activities that compromise the integrity of the service. You must not resell, transfer or monetise virtual items, balances or accounts.
We may monitor activity to detect breaches and take corrective action, including temporary suspensions or permanent closures. Repeated or severe violations can result in permanent banning and loss of progress.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions and bonuses are governed by their specific terms as published in-app. In general, promotional rewards are denominated in virtual currencies such as Coins, Diamonds or other in-game credits and do not have cash value or cash-out options. Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, subject to wagering-style conditions for in-game progression, and may be voided if obtained through abuse or multiple accounts.
We may modify, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time. Details such as eligibility, activation method and expiry (if any) will be displayed with each promotion; where not specified, terms may vary depending on the offer.
Deposits and withdrawals
Neverland operates primarily as a free-to-play social casino. There is no facility to withdraw winnings as real currency. Where in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed through the applicable app-store billing systems and third-party payment providers. Processing is generally instant, but purchase disputes or fraud checks may delay crediting to your account.

Dispute resolution
If you have a question or dispute about your account, purchases or game activity, contact our support team first so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter. We aim to respond to initial enquiries in a timely manner and will investigate disputed transactions, technical problems and account actions. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, further steps will be set out in any applicable in-app dispute process.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notices or email where feasible. Continued use of Neverland after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically and stop using the service if you do not agree with any change.
